Hi everyone.

Bleh. That is the sound of me dying of the plague. Two weeks into the semester, and I once again have fresher's flu. I'm a Post-Grad now, you think we'd be immune to it...

On an even worse note, my laptop is broken again. Same problem with its power-supply so hopefully it's still under warranty and I won't have to fork out another £80 to get it fixed. Nick's going to drop it off at the shop when he gets out of work. This means that I'm stuck on Linux for the next week or so with no 'World of Warcraft' or an decent word processing software.

On a brighter note, I have some new pets. Since a flatmate inadvertently poisoned all of my stick insects, millipedes and spare ova, I've had to buy some more ova and stick insect nymphs. The nymphs I currently have are only in their second instar so will take a while to grow to adult size but are Spinohirasea Bengalenis (formerly Spiniphasma Crassithorax) - a species I've never kept before - so it's rather exciting. The ova I went for are Neohirasea Maerens (Vietnamese Spiny), Exotatosoma Tiaratum (Giant Australian Prickly/Macleay's Spectre), Trachyareaton Bruekneri (Giant Thorny), Phaenopharos Khaoyaiensis (Bud-Winged) and Phenacephorus Cornucervi (Bent Twig). As I have no idea how old these ova are some of them could take up to six months to hatch, but as always I will offer any spare ova on here, livejournal and eBay when they start to lay (but, due to trading laws, only if you live within Great Britain).

I also bought myself a pair of African Land Snails (Achatina fulica - we think) which we have named Shelley and Byron. Both of them arrived looking a little worse for ware, but seem perfectly happy now and sure eat a lot of lettuce. The other day, we observed that our little snails seem to really like each other. It seems that Shelley has decided to be the male in this relationship too. Good for him. Hopefully soon we should have some ova then. I hear that Land Snail eggs only take 2-3 weeks to hatch and, ideally, I'd like about five snails. I think five is a good number...

Hi there. With the exception of the fan art (which is clearly labeled) everything in this gallery was created, or photographed by me. Please don't steal any of this stuff, as a lot of sweat, blood and tears went into it. If you want to draw fan art of my stuff, for whatever reason, feel free though. Just let me know about it, so I can come and show my appreciation.

I'm also up for art trades and commissions, so just comment on my page or note me if there's anything you want. I offer my services for free, as art is just a hobby and I wouldn't expect anyone to pay for my crap anyway. Just be warned, if ever I get too bogged down I'll close commissions for a while...
